Chennai to book their International tickets due to lack of an
IATA agency at Vijayawada. With an objective of providing
professional travel related services to the travelers of coastal A.P.,

World Travels was established in the year 1983 at Vijayawada by
a young and dynamic woman entrepreneur Mrs.V.Jogu Prasad, who had just
completed her graduation in Commerce from Delhi
University. With support from the travel community and the
dedication and hard work put in by the team, the agnecy soon emerged as
the leading travel agency in Coastal A.P. with largest network of
branches at Visakhapatnam, Rajahmundry and Hyderabad. Smita has been the
first agency in Coastal A.P. to install Galilio online
computer reservation and ticketing systems to provide instant access to
airline reservations. In short the agency changed the face of the travel
trade in Costal A.P.
